Today I was trying to access some files on a windows XP system, using a Mac OS X. I tried accessing them with FTP because most of the times that’s what ends up working faster for me to transfer files. I was using Cerberus FTP server on the windows machine and the Cyberduck FTP client in the MAC. For some reason i could not understand Connection was timing out because Cerberus could not list directories on time. So i thought that maybe switching to another software could do the trick. So google brought me to FileZilla FTP Server. This boy did the trick and got to admit that although it seems a bit more complicated to manage then Cerberus it is a winner.
